In 2004, series of the heavier-duty 1500HD had been plunged, while a 1500 Crew Cab version was introduced in SLT and SLE trim levels along with a 5-feet-8-inch cargo box. Exterior Looks
The exterior of the 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 HD was same as the heavy-duty versions. The Terra4 concept truck inspired the front end of the Sierra 1500. Extended-cab and Regular-cab models came with the choice of 8-feet or 6.5-feet cargo bed.
